Booking Page & Widget Issues
Troubleshoot missing time slots, greyed-out days, and stale embedded widget content.
Overview
This page covers common problems with your public booking page and embedded widget.
No Calendar or No Time Slots Appear
Several settings can each independently cause this — check them in order:
- Availability isn't set up. Go to SchedulingAvailability and confirm the days you want bookable have time slots. See Availability.
- Online booking is disabled. If Enable online booking is off in SchedulingBooking Widget, the booking page itself is unavailable to clients.
- Lead time filters out every remaining slot. Each service category has a lead time of up to 48 hours — if every slot today falls inside that window, none will show.
- Buffer minutes or max bookings per slot leave nothing open. A large buffer between appointments, or a low max-bookings-per-slot limit, can filter out slots that would otherwise be available. See Availability for both settings.
- "Show availability calendar" is off. This display option on the booking widget config controls whether the calendar renders at all.
- Team scheduling is enabled, but no team member is qualified. If team scheduling is on and no team member is qualified for the selected service category, no slots will appear for it.
Days Are Greyed Out on the Calendar
A greyed-out day simply has zero remaining slots — every slot for that day is already booked, blocked by Google Calendar busy time (see Calendar Sync Issues), or blocked by time off.
Time off has no editor yet
There's currently no way to add or edit time off from the dashboard. Time away entered in the ITB mobile app still blocks booking slots on the days it covers.
Embedded Widget Shows Old Content
If you've embedded the booking widget on your website and changes aren't showing up, it's almost always a caching issue rather than a configuration problem:
- Clear your website platform's page cache (if it has one).
- Clear your browser's cache, or test in an incognito/private window to rule out local caching entirely.
