Role Descriptions

Admin

Admin only

Full control over all features and settings. The only role that can manage team membership — inviting, removing, and changing roles for team members.

Manager

Manager only

Manages day-to-day operations including Orders, contacts, billing, automations, agreements, scheduling configuration, and settings. Cannot invite or remove team members.

Scheduler

Scheduler only

Focused on the scheduling workflow — creating Orders, managing the calendar, and working with contacts. Can view settings and team but cannot manage billing, automations, or agreements.

Service Worker

Inspector only

Field worker role, built around the job rather than the back office. Can view Orders, the calendar, contacts, team, and settings, and can carry out the work on Orders assigned to them — running the Inspection, recording their own time away, and saving a comment or rating system to the shared library for reuse.

Cannot create Orders, change Orders they aren't assigned to, or manage any of the settings, billing, automations, or team.

Mobile exception: services and pricing

On the mobile app, a Inspector can change services and pricing — and the billing that triggers — on any Order assigned to them, even though the Create & edit row above is otherwise ❌ for this role. A temporary helper added for just one Order gets this same allowance only for that order. Everything else stays as the table says: no creating, rescheduling, canceling, or deleting Orders. See Edit services from the mobile app.

Inactive

Inactive only

A deactivated member with no access. Temporary members move to this role automatically when their access period ends. An Admin can restore access by renewing the member or making them permanent — see Managing Team Members.
